The staff here were incredibly friendly and resolved my issues, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a cozy triple room featuring two queen beds, all for a great price of $115.

the location was central, comfortable to the mall of america. bakery la farina bakery located 2 km away was a nice surprise. there were good beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat screen tv inside the room. the bathroom was fairly clean with a bath.

The room is reasonably priced. The very comfy bed, best I've ever slept in. The location of the hotel is favourable, adjacent to various stores as well as a good area close to various stores and restaurants.

It was easy to get to from out of state and the price was good for my budget the front desk Bobby was very personable!
Continental breakfast there was not enough room to sit down- not much of a variety. the hallways smelled musty and smoky room temp was too warm the breakfast and housekeeping staff were not the friendliest~

i would like coffee in the room so i didnt have to dress to go to lobby. If price is first on my list , having coffee in the room is second when choosing a motel.
